Konstantina Vassiliou-Enz

she/her

Journalist and founder of Diversity Kartell, has been working on racism and anti-discrimination in media and communications since decades. For the last ten years, she was the executive director of Neue deutsche Medienmacher*innen (New German Media Makers) and is the author of the guidebook "Wie deutsche Medien mehr Vielfalt schaffen" (How German Media achieve more diversity).

Sheila Mysorekar

she/her

Journalist and consultant for conflict-sensitive communication and diversity. At Deutsche Welle Akademie, she works as senior consultant for international media projects. She is an expert in racism issues and post-colonial perspectives. Chairperson of the post-migrant network "neue deutsche organisationen".

Sun-Ju Choi

she/her

Author, filmmaker, expert on diversity in film and cultural sector, diversity sensitive visual language, sensitivity reading and dramaturgical consultant. She is a board member of Korientation e.V. - Network for Asian-German Perspectives and founder of the "Asian Women's Film Festival".

 

Elena Kalo-geropoulos

she/her

Senior policy and organizational advisor for strategy, innovation and diversity. She has extensive managerial experience and is an expert in new technologies and intersectional diversity, leadership, and systems thinking. In her work she focuses on the potential of New Organizing. She is also a speaker, facilitator and author.

Lisa Ertl

Systemic organizational development consultant focusing on DEI-based change projects. She brings several years of experience guiding organizations in transformation processes in many sectors as well as a passion for exploring new modes of collaboration. She has a degree in cultural studies, social science, and economics.

Chiponda Chimbelu

Content marketing expert and journalist, with several years of experience in international media – behind the camera and in front of it. The storyteller and communications expert focuses on diversity and inclusion in broadcasting, especially as a member of Deutsche Welle’s editorial board. He’s also part of the CIVIS Audio Award jury.

Karin Heisecke

Social scientist, senior policy and strategy advisor and trainer. As director of the MaLisa Foundation, she accompanied media professionals in the development and implementation of evidence-based approaches for more diversity on and off screen. As an international expert for the Council of Europe, she advises governments and other institutions on strategies to prevent gender-based violence.

Idil Efe

Idil Efe is a trainer, consultant, moderator, and curator. She is certified in diversity management and systemic coaching and is supporting organizations in developing anti-discriminatory and diversity-oriented strategies. As part of the 360° project by the German Federal Cultural Foundation, she led diversification strategies in program development, human resources, and partnerships.

Dr. Rubaica Jaliwala

sie/ihr

Sociologist, trainer and consultant working at the intersection of education and culture, with expertise in diversity, anti-discrimination and antiracism. As a programme manager in international cooperation, she has worked globally with youth and young adults. She is also an author, translator and editor of academic and literary works, as well as of film and digital media.
